Registration Information - Term 111

Registration Confirmation for First Semester (111)

Wednesday 7 September, 2011 (4:00 PM onwards) – Sunday 11 September, 2011 (upto 7:30 AM)

Steps to submit Registration Confirmation thru DCC Web:

Note:
You can confirm your registration through the late registration counter in Room# 137 from 11- 14 September, 2011, after paying the late registration fee in student affairs Office room 155.

All COLLEGE LEVEL & CONTINUING PREPARATORY STUDENTS (including New Preparatory Students (admitted in term 111)) must submit REGISTRATION CONFIRMATION in order to formally register for term 111. It can be submitted either thru DCC Web .

Steps to submit Registration Confirmation thru DCC Web:

Wednesday 07 September, 2011 Registration Day - Registration confirmation thru Web for All Students After 4:00 PM
Saturday 10 September, 2011 Classes begin
Wednesday 14 September, 2011 Last day late Registration and adding courses
Wednesday 21 September, 2011 Last day of dropping courses without permanent record

Important:

1. Students can submit registration confirmation thru http://www.dcc.kfupm.edu.sa/preregistration/

Note: Registration confirmation will start at 4:00 PM on Wednesday, 07 September, 2011 until 7:30 AM on Sunday, 11  September, 2011.
 

Q1. If I am new student, Can I change my schedule, What should I do?

Ans. No, all new students should attend classes according to their schedule.  It is not allowed for them to change their schedule


Q2. What should I do, if I do not submit registration confirmation through the web on the registration day?

Ans. You can confirm your registration through the late registration counter in Room# 137 from 11- 14 September, 2011, after paying the late registration fee in student affairs Office room 155


Q3. If I do not confirm my registration either through the web or through the late registration counter, what will happen to my registration?

Ans. Your courses and term will be dropped at the end of the last day for late registration.


Q4. What should I do to add closed section?


Ans. Go to the department offering the course and get the program Coordinator's approval and the Academic Coordinator signature and stamp on the closed section form (available in the department). Then, go to room 137 to add the course through the designated counters.
