It involves defining objectives, setting milestones, and allocating resources efficiently. Project managers use methodologies like Agile, Waterfall, and Scrum to ensure smooth execution. Key elements include scope, time, cost, quality, risk, and stakeholder management. Effective communication and leadership are crucial for team coordination and problem-solving. Risk management ensures potential obstacles are identified and mitigated early, while stakeholder engagement aligns project goals with expectations. Continuous monitoring and evaluation help improve performance and drive success. Ultimately, a well-managed project meets its objectives on time, within budget, and to the desired quality standards. (The focus will be on IT Projects)

The duration of the course is approx One Month (50+ hours approx) and will cover the following major topics

KFUPM Certificate

Upon successful completion of the course, you will be awarded a Certificate of Completion by KFUPM, Deanship of Education Services in recognition of your achievement and the investment you have made in your education and professional development.

Important: Certificate will be issued to all those candidates who have attended at least 80% of the classes and have successfully completed and submitted the tasks assigned by the instructors. The course might have assignments, lab work and a project.

Course Fee:               SAR 2,750 (VAT inclusive)

Course Start Date:     October 19, 2025

Course Delivery:        Online - Live Virtual Classes

Course Duration:        One Month approx. (4-5 weeks).

Total Hours:                50+ Hours approx 

Class days:                  3-4 Classes weekly (except Weekend)
