About this HRM Certificate CourseHRM or Human Resource Management course helps the students to understand the entry-level commercial positions in HRM. The course begins with discussing Business Dynamics, leading and managing people, HRM fundamentals and then moves towards advanced topics of HR such as HR-operations, hiring, training and development, compensation management, employee relations health and safety, Saudi labor law, conflict management, workplace psychology, data analytics, artificial intelligence, and SAP software-HRM part. (Some changes in the topics might happen, if necessary). |

KFUPM Certificate: A certificate of attendance will be issued by KFUPM, Deanship of Education Services to all those candidates who have attended at least 80% of the classes and have successfully completed and submitted the tasks assigned by the instructors. |
