1. Introduction to Occupational Safety and Health (Course
Duration 4 Days, 12 Hours)
This course introduces the fundamentals of safety and health
technology that are applicable in the industry. It will
equip students/participants to explore the various types of
hazards in the contemporary workplace and their effects,
legal aspects, personal protective equipment, and First Aid.
It also recognizes the roles and ethics of the safety and
health professional as well as the philosophy of safety and
health in the workplace.

2. Construction Safety Training (Course
Duration 4 Days, 12 Hours)
This course introduces students/participants to the
fundamental concepts of construction
safety. Students/participants will learn about the common
hazards in the construction industry related to excavations,
confined spaces, underground works, and working at heights,
demolition, along with the causes of these hazards, and
strategies for implementation of identified control methods.
Furthermore, they will be able to carry out systematic risk
assessments and accident investigations, analyze data from
the same, and produce formal reports.

3. Fire Safety Training (Course
Duration 5 Days, 16 Hours)
This course will provide an intensive review on fire safety
foundation (how fire starts, spreads, and fire control
process). The course also offers hands on experience of
tackling a fire with the use of a fire extinguisher on
environmentally friendly, controlled live fire training
scenarios. This practical experience provides the
participants with the knowledge and confidence to tackle an
outbreak of fire in the workplace, residential places,
hotels, malls, schools, etc.

4. Hazardous Materials Awareness Training (Course
Duration 4 Days, 12 Hours)
This short course will help students/participants to
identify the nine hazard classes of hazardous materials and
seven major elements in the GHS-aligned Hazard Communication
Standard as well as imparting the participants with the
ability to utilize guidebooks to determine an initial course
of action in any emergency involving hazardous materials.
In a nutshell, the course is designed to get Hazardous
Materials handlers/employees more familiar with the
Hazardous Materials Regulations (HMR) and help them meet the
general awareness training requirements for both domestic
and international regulations (OSHA, DOT and EPA).
